The safest way to stay in shape is to adapt a healthy lifestyle. Listed below are 10 exercises that can be done at home or work. So before you think serious about neck lipo, here are a few ideas.
- Stand with your head straight, opening your mouth as far as possible, and stick out your tongue. Repeat for 10 times.
- To help reduce sagging, sit in a chair, looking up toward the ceiling, keep your lips closed and chew. Do these 20 times.
- Another way to keep that neck looking good, place your hand at the base of your throat, across the collarbone, while stretching your neck toward the ceiling, pushing your bottom lip up.
- Try this simple exercise, lower your heard to your chest, while touching your chest with your chin, or as close as you can, slowly make a circle motion with your head.
- Let’s add one more easy way to shape up the neck, sit in a chair, head straight, keeping your lips together, and separate your teeth by dropping your jaw, then push the jaw forward. Hopefully these can help you rethink neck lipo.
